Aliso Viejo Mayor Richard Hurt has endorsed Alex Mohajer for California State Senate in the 37th Senate District.
Richard Hurt was elected to the Aliso Viejo City Council in 2020. He was selected by his colleagues to serve as Mayor for 2023. He also served as Mayor Pro Tem in 2022.
Aliso Viejo is at the southernmost end of the 37th Senate District, which includes Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Fullerton, Orange, Villa Park, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Niguel.
